As part of our workflow, we may use artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT and other AI-supported platforms, as thought partners in the development of content, strategy, and operational support.

AI is used to enhance our work. It does not replace professional judgment, expertise, or human oversight.

How We Use AI

AI tools may be used to assist with:

• Brainstorming and ideation
• Drafting content outlines and captions
• Structuring marketing campaigns
• Refining messaging and brand voice
• Organizing workflows and documentation
• Generating first-draft concepts for review

All AI-generated outputs are reviewed, edited, refined, and approved by Stephanie Jo & Co. prior to delivery. Nothing is published or shared with clients without human evaluation and strategic oversight.

What AI Does Not Replace

AI is not used to:

• Provide legal advice
• Provide financial or tax advice
• Provide medical or clinical recommendations
• Replace licensed professional consultation
• Make final strategic decisions without human review

Clients are responsible for seeking licensed professionals when appropriate for legal, financial, medical, or regulatory matters.

Client Data & Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting client confidentiality.

• Sensitive client information is not knowingly input into public AI systems in a way that would compromise privacy.
• We avoid entering proprietary, confidential, or identifying data into AI platforms unless secure and appropriate safeguards are in place.
• All client materials remain the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise outlined in a signed agreement.

Accuracy & Limitations

While AI can be a powerful tool, it is not infallible.

• AI-generated information may contain inaccuracies or outdated information.
• All outputs are reviewed; however, clients remain responsible for final verification, especially regarding statistics, regulations, claims, or compliance-related matters.
• Stephanie Jo & Co. does not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs are free from error, bias, or evolving platform limitations.

Intellectual Property

AI tools are used as drafting and ideation assistants. Final deliverables are customized, edited, and tailored to each client’s brand voice and strategy.

Clients are responsible for:

• Trademark checks
• Copyright clearance
• Legal review of brand names, slogans, or proprietary materials

Stephanie Jo & Co. does not guarantee exclusive originality of AI-assisted language, as AI systems generate content based on broad datasets.

Ethical Standards

Stephanie Jo & Co. uses AI responsibly and ethically. We do not:

• Generate misleading or deceptive content
• Create fake reviews or false testimonials
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as professional legal, medical, or financial advice
• Use AI to plagiarize existing works
